I had a great experience at Miami Wheels Gema provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was very kind, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I recently got a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado, and I couldn’t be happier with it! Thanks to Gema, everything went perfectly. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you, I highly recommend asking for her. I came all the way from Fort Myers to Miami just to get my Truck with her. Thank you, Gema, for your excellent service!

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would!!!!!! I live in Jacksonville Florida and first had done a deal basically over messages Shame on me right!!!! Anywho I do the deal for the first vehicle that I thought was a good car the car gets delivered to me on a Monday Once I get the car it had minor things wrong which I was not pleased….. So I talk with the manager and everything he agrees to change out the vehicle Soooooo I than drive 5 1/2 hours to Miami to switch out this vehicle that they swore was in tip top shape Okiii🙄 I get there the sales lady which I can’t remember her name says oh well we got one car we can offer you etc etc around and around we go Finallyyyyyyy after going back and fourth for about 2 hours of I would have to put more down the payment would go up etc etc we agree on a car Now mind you from the first contract we done I said I have a transfer for my tag that I wanna do I DO NOT want a new tag because why would I if I had 2 tags that where able for transfer So on the second contract while signing in office with her I state again I have a tag to transfer I DO NOT WANT A NEW TAG she says ok….. Now 3 weeks later my husband calls about the tag and she says oh wel

They sold me a 2020 Honda accord with a sledged engine. After driving the vehicle for 100 miles, the engine started tapping, i was very alarmed and took it to the dealer. They removed the valve cover gasket and seen that the engine was sludged, also they noted that someone added an additive to clean the engine and was unsuccessful doing so.
